(L.A.) Jose Mancillas Munoz, 49, Died From Fentanyl

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parked vehicle.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Mancillas Munoz.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:30 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
