Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kyle Degeneffe.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine and Methamphetamine Toxicity
