(L.A.) Javier Hernandez, 30, Died in a Parking Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Javier Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Ethanol Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Alcohol-Related Cirrhosis of the Liver, Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, Alcoholism, and Morbid Obesity

RIP JAVIER HERNANDEZ (December 25, 1993 – August 11, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 3:09 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on October 10.

Alcohol deaths can be classified as accidents under the assumption that the sots didn’t intend to kill themselves.
