(L.A.) Marvin Zaldivar Ceron, 43, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Marvin Zaldivar Ceron.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Alcohol Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Chronic Alcoholism

RIP MARVIN ZALDIVAR CERON (June 21, 1981 – August 12, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:20 a.m.

This is a case of alcohol poisoning. The decedent drank too much in a short period of time.

Alcohol deaths can be classified as accidents under the assumption that the sots didn’t intend to kill themselves.
