(L.A.) Richard Palomino, 61, Died in an Alleyway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Latino male that occurred in an alleyway.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Palomino.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, and Codeine
RIP RICHARD PALOMINO (May 5, 1963 – August 1, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 11:50 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 4, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.
