(L.A.) Rafael Sandoval, 44, Died From Drug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rafael Sandoval.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 6:32 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
