Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Cynthia Anthony.

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine

RIP CYNTHIA ANTHONY (January 2, 1958 – July 28, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 12:38 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
