Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gustavo Gonzales.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 6:50 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
