Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Black female that occurred at a hotel.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tiesha Ford.

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 1:20 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
