Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a three-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the child as Jayden Saenz.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Drowning
