(L.A.) Adriana Oleh, 42, Died From Polydrug Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Adriana Oleh.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Hydromorphone, Lorazepam and Methamphetamine
Other Significant Condition: History of Schizophrenia and Hypothyroidism

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 2:22 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in early September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
Polydrug toxicity is now considered the norm in drug-induced deaths. Over half of all drug overdose deaths, including opioid overdoses, involve multiple substances. This trend has been increasing in recent years, making polydrug use a major concern for public health officials.
