(L.A.) David Romagnolo, 49, Died From a Polydrug OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Romagnolo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Alprazolam, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:21 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
