Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Daniel Calderon.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Alprazolam and Fentanyl Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:22 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 29, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
