(L.A.) Gregory Galloway, 40, Died in a Hallway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Black male that occurred in a hallway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gregory Galloway.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Heart Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure, Effects of Cocaine, Chronic Tobacco Use

RIP GREGORY GALLOWAY (November 1, 1983 – June 10, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:38 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
