(L.A.) Lucas Vasquez, a Baby, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the infant boy as Lucas Vasquez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Multi-Organ Failure

Cause of Death B: Probable Sepsis of Unknown Origin

RIP LUCAS VASQUEZ (March 27, 2024 – May 25, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:50 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 12.

The decedent was about two months old. We do not know how many times he had been injected with vaccines.
