Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 70-year-old Latino male that occurred at a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Manuel Galeano.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:58 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 4, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
