Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Keith Hill.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Deep Venous Thrombosis

Other Significant Conditions: History of Phencyclidine, Cocaine, and Opiate Use

RIP KEITH HILL (June 17, 1966 – May 6, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 3:12 a.m.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
