(L.A.) Maddox Delma, 49, Died From Substance Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old White/Caucasian male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Delma Maddox.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methadone

RIP DELMA MADDOX (August 23, 1974 – May 5, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:24 p.m.

The government investigator had initially provided the decent’s forename as Maddox and the surname as Delma (“Maddox Delma”), on May 16. The order was corrected the following day.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
