(L.A.) Brandon Wong, 35, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Asian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Brandon Wong.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine and Ethanol Toxicity

RIP BRANDON WONG (September 2, 1988 – May 5, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 1:30 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
