Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 91-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Donald Covey.

Cause of Death: Blunt Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes, Unspecified Dementia
