The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Cheryl Kind.

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Tobacco Smoking
