Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 72-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tanna Hazen.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Liver Disease
