Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Latino male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eli Donis Salazar.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, and Cocaine

RIP ELI DONIS SALAZAR (February 1, 1995 – May 1, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 8:34 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 11, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
