Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Fransico Gomez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Hypercholesterolemia, Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:59 p.m.

The government investigator did instead provide the decedent’s forename as Fransico and not Francisco.
