Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old White/Caucasian male.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Logan Saltzberg.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP LOGAN MICHAEL SALTZBERG (August 31, 1994 – April 11, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:14 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The decedent was at PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital.

Local government authorities had his body cremated on July 1. His remains were not claimed.
