(L.A.) Agustin Arredondo, 53, Died From Meth

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 53-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Agustin Arredondo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Methamphetamine, History of Diabetes Mellitus

RIP AGUSTIN ARREDONDO (June 8, 1970 – April 10, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 5:16 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the meth.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
