Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a river.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joseph King.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Drowning
Other Significant Condition: Effects of Methamphetamine
RIP JOSEPH KING (January 15, 1959 – April 3, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 3, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
