Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old Asian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Danny Tsan.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Nitrite Toxicity

RIP DANNY TSAN (May 30, 2002 – April 1, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:18 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 19, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the substance.
