(L.A.) Aldo Aceves, 31, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Aldo Aceves.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Heroin, Mitragynine, Alprazolam, Diazeapam, and Midazolam

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:56 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
