The coroner’s office has identified the man as Evan Samuels.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt Head Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
