(L.A.) Nikolas Fitzpatrick, 27, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Nikolas Fitzpatrick.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:58 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 5, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
