(L.A.) Steven Kuklinski, 61, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Steven Kuklinski.

Height: 5 feet 6 inches / Weight: 160 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 12:10 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on March 30, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
