Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kyle Wells.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Effects
RIP KYLE WELLS (March 27, 1956 – February 8, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 10:49 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 30, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
