The coroner’s office has identified the infant as Tobias McKinstry.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:27 a.m.

The decedent was at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. He was cremated by government order on March 23, 2024.

Intrauterine fetal demise is the medical term for a stillbirth.

The government investigator had initially referred to the decedent as Baby Boy Lewis.
