The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dean Mostad.

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:35 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 4.
