(L.A.) Walter Johnson Jr., 15, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 15-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence in Long Beach.

The coroner’s office has identified the teenager as Walter Johnson Jr, resident of East 11th Street.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Flubromazolam

Other Significant Condition: Asthma

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
