(L.A.) John Quintanilla, 30, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Quintanilla.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication
Other Significant Condition: Chronic Alcoholism
RIP JOHN QUINTANILLA (May 19, 1993 – November 2, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 7:11 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 13, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
