Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Emmanuel Martinez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Ethanol and Methamphetamine

RIP EMMANUEL MARTINEZ (November 20, 1987 – October 27, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:06 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 7, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.
