(L.A.) Diego Martinez, 33, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Diego Martinez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:43 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 29, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
