Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old Black female that occurred in a hallway.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Olivia Gordon.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP OLIVIA GORDON (September 17, 1996 – October 20, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 1:47 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 12, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
