(L.A.) Samantha Munns, 15, Died From Drug Overdose

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 15-year-old female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the teenage girl as Samantha Munns and listed her race/ethnicity as White/Caucasian.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:25 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 13, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the substance. This was an accidental drug overdose.
