Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Luis Galvan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP LUIS GALVAN (August 20, 1989 – October 2, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:17 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
