Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Blunt Force Traumatic Injury

Cause of Death B: History of Fall/Syncope at Home

Other Significant Conditions: Valvular Heart Disease; Atrial Fibrillation; Hypertension; Cerebrovascular Accident
