Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Stephanie Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP STEPHANIE HERNANDEZ (July 31, 1973 – October 3, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:40 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 28.

This was an accidental drug overdose.
