(L.A.) Siobhan O’Connell, 36, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Siobhan Oconnell.

Cause of Death: Complications of Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP SIOBHAN O’CONNELL (February 5, 1986 – November 23, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:45 p.m.

We’re assuming the decedent’s surname is Irish and is properly spelled as O’Connell and not Oconnell.

The medical examiner did not make this death public until early October 2023.
