(L.A.) Darren Brown, 65, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Black male that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Darren Brown.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
Other Significant Conditions: Cocaine Effects; Chronic Alcohol Use with History of Seizures
RIP DARREN BROWN (July 17, 1958 – October 4, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 29, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug. This is considered an accidental overdose.
