Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Black male that occurred in a tent.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dwayne Woods.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
Other Significant Condition: Medical History of Substance Abuse

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 3:03 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 19, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
