(L.A.) David Baumgartner, 59, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Baumgartner.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Recent Cocaine Use and Chronic Tobacco Use

RIP DAVID BAUMGARTNER (May 28, 1964 – September 22, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 10:24 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 9, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
