(L.A.) Cody Husband, 29, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Cody Husband.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Phencyclidine and Ethanol

RIP CODY HUSBAND (August 15, 1994 – September 27, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:10 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.
