Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Vargas.

RIP DAVID VARGAS (August 25, 1988 – September 12, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:56 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
